APPOINTMENTS

TARDINESS

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to go through the check-in process. If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment you must reschedule for another day.

Any patient arriving more than five (5) minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered late. The patient will not be seen at that time and must reschedule their appointment.

Please be aware of the increased traffic congestion due to school resuming and construction of the Pellissippi ramps. Patients will need to allow themselves extra time to arrive on time because of the increased traffic and construction.

CANCELLATIONS

We require a 24 hour notice of cancelation. If you cancel your appointment within 3 hours of your appointment, it will be marked as a no-show because it's difficult for that same office visit to be opened up for another patient in that time-frame.

NO-SHOWS

Appointments will be marked as "no-show" if you do not keep your appointment. Please note that multiple no shows for appointments may result in a fee being assessed to your account.

PAYMENT

All co-pays/deductibles are due at the time of your appointment. This is a contracted agreement between our office and your insurance company. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.

REFILLS

Please bring a current list of all medications with you to your office visit. If you need a refill between visits, please ask your pharmacy to fax a request so we can quickly respond to your need. We kindly ask for a 48 hours notice if you need a refill.

SCHEDULED MEDICATIONS

(Nerve and Pain Medicine) These types of medicines will not be prescribed on first visits. Our focus is primary care and overall wellness. Therefore our clinic does not offer long term pain management. We also do not prescribe any controlled medications as a first line of treatment for anxiety and depression. We can refer you to a specialist of your choice, if you are in need of these services.
